Power!


Been busy adding some of the base puzzle systems:

  • Power blocks that can be turned on / off with the players power arrow ability, everything is colour coded yellow for now so hopefully its more intuitve for the player to make the connection between arrow, power block and door etc...
  • Moving platforms that move back and forth indefinitely.
  • Powered moving platforms that move or stop moving with the state of their connected power block.
  • Powered doors which are open or closed depending on the state of their connected power blocks.
  • Locked doors with keys, keys are consumable items which are consumed on use and destroyed.
  • Interaction system with interactions for mounting, unlocking and picking up items that are now show in the UI i.e. (E) Unlock
  • Shield block and reflect ranged attacks when activated with a small time window.

    Next I'm working on the first level of the game using some of the systems i've been building out over the last few updates.
